Policies

When it comes to our yarn, every skein in a grouping or dye batch is unique.  We, of course, do our best to maintain a certain consistency within colorways, but each skein (considering they are hand painted) will be slightly different. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have, as well as do our best to resolve any issues that may occur. Payment Methods:

We currently accept Paypal and most major credit cards for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order, and will issue a refund if we do so. Sales tax is added for Pennsylvania residents.


Discount Codes:

Discount codes can be applied to any eligible orders placed while the code is active. Discount codes can not be applied to any previously placed orders. Discount codes cannot be applied to orders placed after the code has expired. 


Shipping:

We ship First Class for orders under 16 oz. and Priority for orders over 16 oz. within the United States. Domestic orders over $250 are shipped with a signature required. We ship First Class International, or Priority International when necessary, for International orders. First Class International and Priority International do NOT guarantee full tracking, and are not eligible for filing claims in case of loss or damage to package. If you wish to purchase insurance, and/or change shipping method, please let us know and we will invoice you accordingly. 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

***Please be patient with the United States Postal Service*** Items under 16 oz. (shipped First Class) can take much longer than those above 1 lb. (as they are not shipped Priority 2-3 day mail). We ship from the East Coast, so if you order a smaller amount of yarn and you are located on, or close to the West Coast, It can take 2-3 weeks to receive your package.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note that orders shipped First Class International can take up to a month in some cases to reach their destination, especially if they are large packages and the country in question is far from the United States. We  do NOT have control over the post office, and do not have access to any more information than you do with customs numbers once your package leaves the United States.


We ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order for all “ready to ship" items. ****If the item is listed with the title: "Pre-order", please see the shipping section under that item for estimated time of shipping. Most Pre-orders ship with 2-3 weeks after purchase.****


Once your purchase leaves our hands and enters the USPS system, we are no longer financially or otherwise responsible for it. 



*If you feel that your package has been lost in transit, please let your local post office know, and have them open an investigation into the location of the package. Once your package leaves our facility, we have no more information, nor the ability to gather any more information, than you do. We will help in any investigation opened through the post office as best we can, but can not guarantee any outcome.


Refund/Return Policy:


If you are unhappy with our product please contact us immediately so we can do our best to fix the situation. 


***Our terms for a refund:***


-You must contact us before mailing the yarn back to confirm the yarn is eligible to be returned. A message about returning the product must be sent within 7 days of the package being marked delivered.


-Yarn is in original condition and packaging.


-Yarn must not smell like anything other than yarn.


-We must receive the yarn back at the shop within 7 calendar days of our conversation about returning the yarn (domestic orders) and 30 calendar days (international orders).


-Sale items, custom orders and club colorways, are NOT returnable or refundable. Specialty items such as grab bags, collaborations, and preorders are also NOT returnable.


-***WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PROJECT BAGS***


-We will not refund the original shipping cost or return shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 



We can not account for US postal loss or damages. The shipping method we use covers $50 in insurance. If you feel your order requires more insurance, please contact us for additional rates.
